All Quisisana products are 100% vegan and gluten-free. We use clean, plant-based ingredients and source with care. Our gua sha tools are carved from natural stone, meaning no two are exactly alike. Variations in color, texture, and veining are part of the beauty of these materials. Please handle your stone with care, as natural materials can break or chip if dropped. Please discontinue use on skin if the gua sha has chipped or cracked, as this can cause harm that Quisisana is not responsible for.

Orders & Shipping
We currently ship within the U.S. only. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Once shipped, Quisisana is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or errors caused by the postal service. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at via email or contact form within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
