At Quisisana, we’re committed to quality, care, and integrity in everything we send out. Due to the nature of our products — many of which are personal-use, herbal, or skincare items — we are unable to accept returns.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not received. Please be sure to review your order carefully before submitting.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing [insert email] with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll evaluate the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order appears lost or never arrives, please contact us at [insert email]. While we are not responsible for packages after they are marked “delivered” by the carrier, we’ll do our best to support you in filing a claim or finding a solution.

No Returns or Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or personal care items — including gua sha tools and herbal products. This policy helps us ensure the highest standard of care and product integrity.

Order Cancellations & Address Errors

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot an error, email us as soon as possible — we’ll try to update it before it ships, but we can’t guarantee changes after the order is processed.
