Shipping Policy

At Quisisana, we take great care in getting your order to you safely and efficiently. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During product launches, holidays, or periods of high volume, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future — stay connected through our newsletter and Instagram for updates.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and begin after your order has shipped.

Note: Once your package is with the carrier, delivery timelines are out of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Quisisana is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. We recommend checking with your local post office if a package is marked “delivered” but not received. If you need help, please contact us — we’ll do our best to support you.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you catch a mistake after ordering, email us as soon as possible at hereoneheals@quisisanahealth.com, and we’ll do our best to adjust it before it ships.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hereoneheals@quisisanahealth.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

Preorders & Backorders

If your item is a preorder or currently backordered, we’ll clearly note this on the product page. These items may take longer to ship, and estimated ship dates will be provided at checkout or via email.
